Great service and professional workmanship.

Organising the blinds I needed was great and efficient. But the installation process was horrendous. I knew they were going to take a while to make but after 8 weeks of hearing nothing from them I called and was told they should definitely have been ready by now and that they would be in contact with an update.Never heard back so called again and they said they'll email me with some installation times. Never received that.Called again after the Christmas break and the installers were still on holiday so they'll call me back. Never did.Started to call back several times in the next 4 weeks with no answer, left multiple messages. As there is no email address advertised anywhere, I replied to the email I received the quote from saying I will take matters further if I don't hear from them. Got a reply straight away after that, saying the installation date had already been organised for the following week, which I was unaware of. Got an email on that day saying the installer is sick and can it be pushed back to the next day or day after. Never showed up on either days and didn't hear from them.The following week the installer showed up at the office without my knowledge of being organised but the room was unavailable so they had to leave the blinds and come back another day. A new time was organised but they showed up a lot earlier and once again the room was occupied so they left their ladder and came back about a week later so after about 6 months, we finally have new blinds in our office.Extremely frustrating experience.

Good advice on product to use for my job. I had shutters installed & love them. My neighbours love them too & are using Cullens for their house install.

Unprofessional is the best way to sum up Cullen’s Blinds. First the person coming to measure the blinds doesn’t turn up. No courtesy phone call I had to call and ask if they were still coming. Was told the rep was sick but the owner would come in the afternoon. After waiting again and another No show and no courtesy call I phoned him. I was told in no uncertain terms that he was busy and was having a very bad day. Well at this stage so was I as I had waited all day for nothing. We have waited nearly 6 months for this outside blind and it was supposed to be installed today. Guess what? No show No courtesy call. I have called them twice with no reply. I just want my money back. Im Done!!

This is a fabulous company. Friendly, efficient and helpful from reception through to installation, and a great product at a good price. I ordered the same blinds for another part of the house from U Blinds and had quite a few issues. Not this time. Thanks so much Suzette and Shannon!
