After 2 years we recieve an invoice for payment.Hundreds of dollars when the problem was not even fixed. Quotes for repairs promised but never received.Very very poor customer service.In response..not to be contacted until 2 years later and after 18 email bounce backs is no way to do business. We provided you with the correct email but unfortunately your tradesman must have written it down incorrectly. I worked many years as office and finance manager our policy was to contact customer after 1st email bounce back. Travel was charged for 92kms.Warooka is not that far away from Port Moorowie. Happy to pay for work undertaken but we cannot respond to emails not received.
