The girl doing the painting for my friend was speaking a language other than English and then laughing.We had to ask twice for the gel nail colours - me first, then my friend for me. The girl argued with my friend saying I had already chosen 'pink' - who knows what shade. I eventually got the colour options and chose the shade but the guy brought the wrong bottle out.The guy cut my nails way too short and picked the wrong colour from the shelf after is shown him the colour in the book and he'd clarified by pointing to the right one and I nodded. I had to pick up the bottle and try to clarify with them that they had the right one because the number on the bottle was not the same as I asked for. He didn't ask before he started cutting what shape or how short and I assumed he would stick to the existing shape and use commonsense. It was only after he'd started on the first big toe that I realised what he'd done. It actually hurt it was so short, and still feels uncomfortable the next day.He did a good leg massage at least.The last who actually painted mine was nice but didn't paint them particularly well - there are edges with uneven bits.We were there almost 1.5 hours and went in for a sub-standard mani-pedi, and only ended up with enough time to do the pedi as they kept accepting new people rather than taking care of the ones they had. We had a massage booked at 4:30pm and we were seated at the nail place at 2:50pm which should have been enough time.Poor time management, a lack of communication (in English, to customers), and not a great job.

The ladies are great at what they do. Fast & efficient. However, I think they use cheap products as I got a set of SNS dip powder nails done & 2/3 days later they started to turn yellow. The yellowish colour developed more & more as the days went by. It has now been 6days since I got my nails done here and because I got white French tips the white tips are now yellow & they look gross. So I am going to get these removed today which means having to fork out & pay someone to remove them for me after only 6 days! Such a shame as it hasn't even been a whole week with these nails on. Please make sure you use Top quality products on your customers. Not cheap products. I didn't pay $70 for a set of yellow French nails!! Now I have to pay another $70+ to get these removed & a new set at another salon =(

So many painful cuts around my cuticles after having a manicure yesterday.Sure the girl was lovely who was doing it - unsure if inexperienced though or under pressure to work faster? Painting not great either.

Really rude, and way too overpriced, they have bad time management. the lady that I had doing my nails laughed at me because I wanted my nails shorter and then after continued to call them baby nails, also kept lightly smacking my hands to subtly tell me to relax my hands when she could’ve communicated that to me. When she didn’t properly stick my nails on she would make this annoyed noise when I legit just sat there, my nails don’t even look that good, they are too thick. wouldn’t go there again, not worth spending that much on acrylics, not a nice environment either

If you go on a Sunday it’s cash only. I paid $105 cash to have manicure and pedicure.Never again will I go to a place that demands CASH ONLY ON SUNDAYS!!! Not to mention the gel polish they used was thick and gluey, also 4 nails have chipped after 5 days.Don’t go there!ATO will be informed of tax evasion…

Was great to have pedicure/massage,, best thing to do before before summer, feels awesome...The girl who did mine was lovely, only thing as I was wearing full cover shoes had to have gel nail polish,(dries faster) cost another $15 ($60 total) so beware of your footwear before you go....

$90 for a cut on my thumb, dried glue all over my fingers and a dried down black hair in one of my nails. Told me they couldn’t do ombré because they don’t have the colours.. then asked me why I was doing French and not something different. Once I explained they didn’t have the colours apparently, they responded by saying they had 160 different colours. I never said they didn’t have the colour.. they did! My nails were terrible but my friends looked great.

Their service is a mess. I only wanted to remove gel nails, but she pushed me to do my nails after removing them. And the price of nail removal varies from person to person, and the owner said $15 but the another measured it incorrectly, asking for an additional 10 dollars and they only take cash.Also In addition, after removing gel nails, they did not ask about the shape or length of their nails or asked them to wipe their hands. I had to come home again, cut my nails, and take care of myself again.I've been doing gel nails for 10 years, but I've never had such a terrible service. The price is up to them and it was really uncomfortable.
