Customer beware! Misdiagnosed my motorbike issues when I specifically asked them to check and change the Cam chain tensioner. They told me over the phone it was not the cam chain tensioner it was the carburettors and have already pulled it apart then to realised it was the Cam can tensioner and then telling me it needs a fuel pump because it was flooding. The fuel pump was working fine and wasn't flooding prior to these service. I took the bike off them without fixing the fuel pump . $2475.00 Later.CUSTOMER BEWARE

I have had my xjr serviced by these guys for the last 4 years and their work is impeccable.Any work done on my bike has always been above my expectation and they always give feed back.I would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone, their rates are competitive, quality is good and they go over and above what one would expect from a motorcycle dealer or workshop.

Poor customer service. I have a motorcycle that has 2 issues. That won't take much to do. I could do that myself just don't have the place to do it. Homeless and doordashing. This bike isn't hard to fix. He said yes on the phone. Then no when I rode it with my issues to there. I need to clutch it backwards after it clicks to get it to kick over with the starter switch.Bikes not running like a dream anymore. And just needs to be fixed. I can't get finance nore can I save up for a new one at 3500.00 CB125E. But I can throw 1000.00 at the bike in 2 weeks plus upfront of 200.00I Highly not recommend this guy as he treated me like garbage today when looking at the bike. And yes I need lots of stuff done to get back to original state. But does not effect performance of the bike.He is selling a old peice of garbage Of a trial bike that's in poorer condition to my bike performance wise. Won't last a month the way I ride. As mine still is ridable.

They have Amazing service and lots of knowledge especially with dirt bikes and very well priced. Would 100% recommend.

They knew exactly what's wrong with my trail bike. They were wrong. Charged the labour to make the quote. Had to pay their labour to tell me the job could not be done as quoted as they misdiagnosed the problem. I could have replaced the motor myself instead of them messing around
