My new timber floor is fantastic, I couldn’t be happier with Raza’s professional approach in helping us choose our floor very accommodating with our needs and Mo’s team were amazing with the installation. Wonderful attention to detail very skilful tradesmen, tidy and polite. I am so happy highly recommend

DISGRACEFUL AFTER SALES SERVICE.We did levelling and flooring for our entire apartment and also purchased an expensive rug. While we are generally happy with the flooring we noticed not too long after installation that the flooring was spongy in some places (notably the kitchen and the hallway). We attended the store early March and mentioned this to Reza who called his installation colleague while we were there who said he would look into it. This was also when we purchased the rug. To date no one has contacted us (it is now 12/5/23) despite follow up emails 17/3, 26/4 and today. No response whatsoever! During the flooring process I wasn't getting return phone calls a couple of times and I had to show visible anger to get any response at all and it looks like this will be needed again. Don't expect any return calls or emails if you deal with this company.

Disgusted with the arrogant attitude from what I assume was the manager.After speaking with a great salesman Amir and deciding on a rug that I like he said the price would be 15% off, I said I would double-check my room measurements and come back.The following day I walk in ready to purchase 2 large rugs and this other arrogant salesperson/manager says it's only 10% off.After explaining that Amir said it was 15% off, he then said 20% off the other day

This is a very disappointing shopping experience in this store.We ordered & paid for a standard size item on Saturday (not made to order / not customise) and one day after on Sunday we made a decision which we have to cancel our order.We contacted the store hotline as soon as possible to seek their help for refund in order to avoid the order delivery.However, the stuff's attitude was very indifferent and refused to process refund request - even the order haven’t dispatched from their warehouse!We read the refund policy on their website to this staff and this guy simply advised us that if the rug delivered and we can keep it or we can throw it on the street, they really don't care about it!On Monday we contacted their HQ to seek further help but still no any update or solution.There was no stuff to notify us NO REFUND before we made full payment and only show No Refund terms on the tax invoice after payment completed - it needs customer to sign for agreement but we haven't sign it yet. -- The terms & conditions are unfair for any purchaser because they not fully informed.Anyway, no way for money refund if you have already paid.Their refund policy is just a joke. It is totally misleading for all customers. We can’t trust this store anymore.So angry for their misleading & rude attitude.Will lodge a complaint to Fair Trading.

Amazing, great team - from walking in the door at Payless Flooring Belrose too walking on my beautiful new floors. Old house with a few issues with levels but dealth with quicky and professionally by the great install team. Will be back. THANK YOU

Couldnt speak more highly of the team at Payless and their installers. I don't often write reviews but felt the service they provided was so outstanding that it deserved a write up. Expert advice from Reza and the team in the shop on materials and Moe and Jin did an exceptional job on the install - their attention to detail is amongst the best workmanship I've experienced.No fuss - just trustworthy, reliable , high quality honest work with a very reasonable price. Worth every cent if you want the job done properly with quality materials. Would highly recommend using Payless and look forward to the next project together.Thanks team

Reza and the team at Payless Flooring are the best. They made the whole process easy and gave us great honest advice. The 2 guys who laid the floor were efficient, hard working and very tidy, cleaning up as the went. We just love our new floor and all our friends can’t believe how good it looks.

The most terrible retailer I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Purchased a $1.2k rug on Saturday that won't be delivered for a week. Called back a day later to cancel the purchase due to change of mind and they won't refund me and say they will deliver the rug and leave it on the street if we don't want it. Simply the lowest form of customer service ever experienced in my life.
