I really want to support local small business so have persevered with this place over about 5 years. Like all places like this staff change frequently, but most recently Sukhi was fabulous. Generally they have poor communication with their customers (failing to advise when they moved across and down the street), and during pandemic unlike my small business hairdresser did not communicate at all. While insisting on paying for service upfront when you book, they have not set up the ability to process refunds (a choice?) making it difficult. This was especially evident when I was once overcharged, and charged for an appointment that didn’t happen.They don’t keep records of customers’ regular services and so gave me the wrong eyebrow tint colour (caterpillars on your face anyone?). Despite me seeing the same person each visit they booked me with wrong person and tried to tell me it was my fault. The final straw was when they accepted my booking (in person in-store) right before new year (payment upfront) only to ring me two days later to say they weren’t open on that day and would I like to reschedule. Um no. When I asked for a refund the owner rang me and insisted the only way they could do that was to send an email with bank account details. Refund didn’t appear until three weeks later.I wanted to like this place and persisted, but too many things are sloppy, patchy customer service, expensive and despite me being a ‘regular’ (went in once a month for five years) I never felt like I was a valued customer.

First time coming here, I chose the place due to the positive reviews but my experience hasn't been positive, unfortunately. One of the most painful waxing I've ever had, and it took ages. My appointment was at 4.45 pm and I waited until 5.05 pm to be attended. The lady who did my bikini waxing waxed more than I asked for, that's all right, I might have explained myself not clearly, but she kept putting hot wax on my already inflamed skin. I had to ask her to stop a few times. Legs were fine (I had half legs and mine aren't hairy). Then that lady had to attend someone else and another therapist came to do my arms. I had to wait a good 10 mins in between. This therapist was lovely but quite inexperienced in my opinion. She took quite a long time to do my half arms (skinny and little hairy, they usually get done in no time), it was quite painful, and my arms are now covered in red patches. This is no fair in my opinion, given that they make customers pay the full fee in advance at the time of the booking, regardless of the service they deliver. I got out at 6.20 pm and so I missed a class that I had booked somewhere else. This isn't the service I expected for $150, unfortunately. Hope my feedback will be of use to this business to improve their service. Thank you.

Best waxing salon ever first waxing experience with Arzu she’s the best highly recommended.

Amazing wax done by a women I believe is named arzu! She was very professional and made me feel very comfortable I’m very pleased with the end result of my waxing treatment!

I've been going to this salon for months and the staff are wonderful each time! My eyebrows are always PERFECT (I get so many compliments after I get them done!) and would highly recommend Georgia's facial treatments. Absolutely love this place!

Arzu was absolutely amazing & highly recommended!!!!!! Let's face it waxing is never fun! But when you find a therapist who knows what they are doing it can actually be pretty quick & painless! I actually almost feel asleep on table - no jokes! Thank you Arzu!

Everyone was lovely and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. The lady who did my waxing communicated with me the entire time and was very patient and understanding with me. I would absolutely visit again, and I couldn't have asked for a better environment for my first experience.

Today was the first time in several years that I have headed to a waxing salon as previous experiences with other salons had been less than ideal. I can happily say that today was absolutely pain free. Deepika, did an amazing job, careful and caring and I am rapt with the end result. I am now a hooked customer.
