Called gasweld tools (albury) in relation to a collect chuck adapter for a die grinder, the response via the phone was... with respect.... hey mate a million dollar question, were do you go you tell me etc the decorum was dreadful, bogan, fast and hard to understand and that's putting it mildly. Total lack of professionalism, why would I ever consider spending money in this organisation nor would I refer anyone to this organisation to spend their money. Potential customers is a core aspect of employment and sustainability of a business, something gasweld tools should consider. Highly recommend not to do business with this organisation.

It was great. Costs were reasonable, customer service was top notch. Only one item they didn't have in stocks. Definitely go back again.
