Club Carwash

I was paid $85 for in and out cleaning but my car still very dirty in the door and 4 wheels. I don’t know what they did? How can they get over 4,5 stars?

The team is great and pleasant to deal with.Go in with lot of time at hand allowing these guys to do a thorough job.Really grateful for the work the lads carried out when I asked for their Deluxe package.Even the door sills were cleaned and rejuvenated.Hope to return for their buffing service very soon.Thanks team, pity it was dry and warm in the day and stormy rain started in the evening ☹️

Updated 25/11/22 - The member prices are competitive, however the standard wash does not include the boot which I should have asked about when I arrived. Other than that, I think they did a great job.

Paid for the top-level service and after being charged an additional $10 for having an SUV (not a 4WD) bringing the total to $55 - I was completely dissatisfied when the result was less than standard. Not only did I stand and wait a further 45 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time, the inside console and windscreen was not even wiped. There was numerous insect markings and bird poo residue remaining on the headlights, bonnet and grill (supposedly addressed in the executive wash package). The hub caps were clearly rushed and still filthy around scrub marks. The spray used for the tires had extended/splashed as an oily residue on the black trim. The car was not dried properly when finished, and hence water stains ensued. The mirrors had water streaks and fingerprints all over them - including the interior rear vision mirror. The one positive I can say is that the interior vacuuming was done well. Was an incredibly expensive quality vacuum in the end! Very disappointed and would not recommend until this is addressed.

Dealt with Tom the other day who gave my car the best car wash while I got breakfast. Very good pricing and incredible service! Highly recommend.

First experience in getting a Car Wash and it was great! From the minute I drove in and collected my car I was impressed. My car was sparkling, clean and smelt great! The staff were friendly and very helpful. A highlight in getting my car wash at the Club is I can collect my car after 5pm from Reception as the keys would be left there. Thank You, keep up the great work and I will be back.
