I get bombarded with emails, but whenever I look at all the supposed specials they are all marked sold out. The other day I got onto it very quickly and they weren't sold out and I ordered some and then received an email saying they didn't have any stock and had in fact been sold out. WHY? I ask myself why am I being sent emails of stock they don't have and even if the computer says they have stock and it takes the order, they they still don't have any stock. It is heartbreaking to spend my time picking out an item and then be told I can't have it. In future I will go to Kmart, Big W, and Priceline and pay slightly more and know that I get what I want.

He was friendly and patiently answered all my queries. It was customer service at its best. My purchase was processed and despatched (with free gifts) very speedily.
