Honestly worst customer service ever!!!I wanted to order food at the shop and was waiting at the register for so long for someone to come and get my order even tho i could hear them at the backAfter calling the girl so many times she came to me very rude and said u have to wait for 10 minutes!!!So i went to Dominos across the road and they treated me really lovelyYou guys really need to step ur game up and teach ur workers how to treat their customers with manner

I placed an order for pick up @ 730I was told by an employee that it was 'coming' no one came back to the front counter for 20minutes I rang the bell and was told my order was 'coming' again. This time I asked how much longer as 20 minutes had already passed as it was already 750. He then told me 15 more minutes. They had not even started cooking my order. The excuse was that there were too many deliveries. So they were prioritising deliveries. I understand it's busy but they should have at least had the courtesy to be honest in the first place and tell me they were behind and that it would take 35 minutes or more so that I could either choose to cancel the order or wait. Instead they chose to disappear to the back and leave customers in the dark. If I didn't ring the bell who knows how long I would have been standing there. Another person had been waiting since 7pm. 50 minutes. I ended up cancelling and I would not recommend pick up from this store. If i could give a zero I would.Very disappointing.

Made an online order and ended up being more expensive as one item was out of stock of the special deal. I called straight after the order went through for 10 minutes and nobody picked up. When finally someone answered, I asked to cancel the order so I could make another one, but 10 minutes later she still could not understand me. I got in contact with the customer service. The manager of the store called me and an hour later she still wanted to deliver me the same pizzas they made before. Let’s see when they’ll make the refund now.Hopeless customer service.

Calling the store every 15 mins and no answer, was calling regarding my online order as I didn’t receive a confirmation for tracking but my payment went through, checked junk mail and everything. A lovely gentleman named Christian in customer service had given me their number in riverwood to get in contact with the store to resolve it as they also weren’t answering his calls. Once I got a hold of them I spoke to 2 different people, the guy then said okay midway as I was explaining the situation and he had just hung up on me. I tried ringing back but no answer. I understand it can get quite busy but ignoring phone calls and hanging up is really poor customer service especially regarding an order. Will be visiting the store shortly for a refund, let’s hope they don’t shut the door in my face too.

Ordered Butcher's Block, BBQ Mega Supreme,cheese garlic bread and drink. Picked it up about to eat and I have notice there in bbq mega supreme there was no green capsicum and less olives. Went back, show the staff bbq mega supreme. Told me it's underneath the cheese. I asked one more time are you sure? Look at the menu and the pizza. Where? Staff member keep repeating same resolution. It's underneath the cheese. So to the point I had enough of the argument. I took the pizza and went home because my family was hungry. Here the photos. Other then that Butcher's Block and garlic bread was ok.

My order from the Pizza Hut app accidentally went to them instead of Lake Have. I live over 2 hours away and they were so rude over the phone and would not help me with anything. To make it worse they even carried on like fools with the Lake Haven shop over the phone. I’d give less then one if I could just for their customer service.

Pizza hut in Riverwood is the worst in Sydney. The front desk employee doesn’t have any experience to communicate with costumers neither have manners too. We just waited more than 10mins for the order to be taken. After that we wanted to change the order but they denied because of the restaurant is going busy. They offer 1$ wings on Wednesday but they charged regular price by saying we’re in rush we can’t offer you that. I mean why the hell they would give any offer if they aren’t willing to serve. Even we had to wait more than 1 hour to be served. We’re not gonna eat there ever. Worst customer service ever.

Every now and then I enjoy a Pizza Hut pizza , because of the thin and crispy base, I think this has recently got new management,they seem friendly, Pizza was good!
