Wow, what a PR disaster for these clowns. Who treats people like that in this age of social media. And what makes Tait think consumer guarantees don't apply to cars anyway, it's not just for kettles and toasters. So very un Australian Tait, you should be ashamed.

I suggest you rid yourselves of the Holden franchise. Not only is their product defective, but your after sales service is sadly lacking, judging by the recent reports on Youtube & Facebook.

I highly recommend buying cars from Tait Toyotas. The staff are terrific and super organised. Michael the salesman went above and beyond and helped me with the application process as it was my first car i was buying. He was very trustworthy and he was very honest. I am very happy with the car that i bought and i cant thank them enough.

The shocking service you gave to a pair of pensioners after you sold them a lemon is a great way to earn a lot of one star ratings.I'm surprised Toyota haven't pulled your franchise agreement.Not surprised that Holden hasn't though, after they recently closed a lot of good dealers, while keeping the bad ones.

The fact that Toyota haven't cancelled your license as a Toyota dealership is a shock as you also bring their brand into disrepute. Holden were known for their bad service, but the commodores drove great for the price. Holden can give 20 year warranty and no one will buy the cars for that service. At their current sale rate, you might not exist in a year or so

I had a very good experience at this dealership. The best part was they share my intense hatred against decent seniors.I really like it when they take advantage of them and bully them into submission. It really does add value to an already strong proposition.Good work Tait and keep it up! As the motto goes, it aint TAINT unless its TAIT. 9/11 would recommend.

Taits Goondiwindi went out of their way to help fix a problem with our Toyota as we were travelling through town. Also dropped us off and picked us up. They really were fantastic.
