Awesome experience with these guys! Sent an enquiry on a Sunday asking a question, expecting it to be answered in the next week.. had a reply almost instantly, proofs later that day resulting I two orders placed on that same Sunday! Goods arrived a few days later on the Thursday! Awesome experience and I’ve shared that within our organisation to support your business! Awesome service and attention to detail! Well Done!

We visited the shop last month and spoke to Craig about an appropriate way to display my husband's grandfather's WWI medals. Craig's advice, recommendations and service was top-notch and we received a draft of the proposed engraving shortly afterwards. The medal box was received shortly afterwards and we are so pleased with the final product.

Great product, pictures on the site do not do justice to the quality of work that has been carried out. The team assisted in every step which made the decision easy for me. A late Mother’s Day present which no doubt will make me the favourite son again. Will be using Murphys when I discharge next year.

Beautifully made box time frame was about 5 working days after the designs were approved. Just what I needed for my great grandfathers war medals instead of just leaving them in a drawer. Captain Charles William Hedges TD JP OVM was my great grandfather who was a pow 3 times during ww2 and would have been extremely impressed by these boxes

I can highly recommend Murthy’s of Healesville. Service is fast and efficient. Product is out of this world. Craig is extremely professional and gets your order right the first time. I ordered two medal boxes and an engraved wine box. All were better than I imagined they would be. The wow factor is 110%. Don’t bother going anywhere else, Murphy’s is by far the best

Absolutely amazed at the finished box. I wanted to have my father in laws medals restored and mounted as a gift to my wife. I wasn’t sure how to store them once restored and was recommended to contact Murphy’s of Healesville and look at their product. I cannot convey how happy I was to receive the engraved Jarrah box today. It is such a suitable place to store these precious medals!

Contacted Craig by phone prior to attending his shop in “Murphy’s of Healesville”. Craigs professionalism over the phone was magnificent, met up with Wendy in the store and decided on my service medal box with the exceptional advice given. My medal box arrived yesterday upon opening the package Wow Wow Wow. More than I had expected beautiful. I can only highly recommend this company with no hesitation. The large medal box was ordered from Murphy's of Healesville after some preliminary emails and a phone call to determine the best layout for the engraving. The total timeframe was 8 days to have the beautiful presentation Jarrah box for my paternal Grandfather's medals and other items, in my hands.Craig gave good advice and was very prompt with his communication.This is now a family history heirloom that can be shared with my spread out family. The reusable travel package box is excellent.I highly recommend Murphy's of Healesville.
