Pretty good gym but a bit pricey for me.

Great range of equipment, friendly staff, very clean facility. More group classes offered than their larger neighbours.Reasonably priced for the services provided.

Excellent range of equipment (Hammer Strength, + assorted Prime & MAG style handles).I don't do the classes but those who do seem to love them.Haven't had any issues with it being too crowded so far.Definitely recommend

EQH Greensborough and Eltham are wonderful gyms that are definitely great value. Love that they have the options for the 24/7 gym and also the functional classes. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!

Whilst my opinion on this gym may be biased as I have only ever been to one gym in my life (this one), my overall experience has been great from both the facilities here and the community.The gym itself is in a very convenient location, there is a wide range of equipment and any equipment that is reaching the end of its lifespan is quickly replaced. Whilst the amount of equipment poses a challenge for more populated days, I don’t think this is a factor that deserves to take a star from the rating.The people here are great too. I very one is very friendly, supportive (especially since I am new), and it is a very safe space to be if you are self conscious or worried or other people whilst you are working out. I’d also like to mention the integrity. On two occasions I accidentally left my boots and frank green water bottle (something many women in their 20’s would take instantly), but both were still were I left them 3-4 days ago.Tl;dr: very good gym, highly recommend for almost anyone unless you frequently go during peak hour. However it is a 24h gym so I don’t think that is a problem for many :)

Great gym. Good equipment. Very neat. Unfortunately, the cardio equipments are in the sun which makes it really difficult to use even in winter. It’s really blurry after 15 minutes. A simple blind covering the top half of the window will solve the problem.

Good gym just bug infestation right now

I've been at Equilibrium Health & Fitness for almost a month.  My experience so far, has been wonderful. It's open 24/7 and they have  training classes even in the early mornings not just in afternoons, So it works well for me.  I have to say the trainers and staff have been so nice in helping me get started in my goals at gym, Thank you. (5☆)
