The Furniture Shack- Outdoor Furniture Logan

Was so disappointed with the service we received. We went in over the weekend to look at a new outdoor setting and 2 staff we spoke with were rude and condescending. I asked a few questions regarding one setting we looked at, and the guy we were dealing with laughed and made an inappropriate remark regarding my intelligence. We left shortly after. Was so upset as the setting was one I loved, but do not feel comfortable to back :(

Big thank you to Karen, Area Manager. Who, even though I gave her an unwarranted hard time over delivery times. Which where completely out of her control due to COVID. She came through with flying colors, a big thank you for your efforts, it was greatly appreciated. We will definitely purchase again

Extremely happy with our faux plant purchases for outdoor deck. Kim was delightful with an upbeat, enthusiasm stopping @ nothing to rearrange plants in store us to view. Brit from Helensvale liased with Logan store for us to pick up available stock of our beautiful bamboos & purchase of further plants. Thank you so much everyone @ The Shak!

Kerryn the store manager, gave us nothing but great customer service. Being a particularly fussy person, she spent a lot of time mixing and matching furniture until we got the one we loved. I recommend going in, not only for the quality of customer service you will receive, but also for the amazing furniture and deals they offer.

After searching far and wide we found the ideal setting at the Furniture Shack, Slacks Creek. The store manager Keryn was very obliging and helpful in assisting to meet our exact requirements. We visited the store a number of times and all staff provided exceptional customer service. We were extremely happy with our purchase in all respects and the courtesy extended to us. I initially did a lot of research on the internet looking for outdoor furniture for my new deck and came up with a list of about 10 shops to go to. I know this seems like overkill but good quality outdoor furniture can be expensive and I wanted something different from the usual wicker or low-slung modern furniture. I was only half way though my list of 10 shops when I visited the Furniture Shack at Springwood and I knew that I did not have to look any further. They had an extensive range of both the more common furniture but also distinctive styles. The quality and workmanship in the very classy suite that I bought was so beautiful, that you could use it inside the house. The furniture is super comfortable but very functional and versatile. Keryn was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me to ensure that I had the right combination of furniture to meet my needs, as I wanted it to act as both a lounge with coffee table but also a dining suite. I even went back a couple of times to measure and colour match before I made a final decision on the combination I finally bought. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to get an arrangement that provided me with the outdoor experience that I wanted. I absolutely LOVE my furniture and would enthusiastically recommend Furniture Shack at Springwood.

The team at Furniture Shack were extremely helpful and prompt with our requests for bar stools to suit the specifications of our kitchen space. We purchased two natural timber top stools- we love the design, quality and stability. We were extremely happy with the wonderful customer service we recieved and quality of their product.
