Visited the Chadstone Milligram store and was so impressed with the product range and merchandising of the shop. The customer service was excellent, so friendly and helpful. I usually shop at Milligram online, but will definitely be a returning customer to this retail outlet.

Been in the store about 15 minutes and nobody has acknowledged us or even said hi. Staff currently standing around on there phones. Not busy in here at all. Nice products however.

Spent $75 3 days before Mother's Day and another $59 1 day before on Bellroy Tote Bags, and they would not honour their spend +$69" for free gift wrapping."

Store staff seem abit shy but are very nice and helpful when you ask for help! I would like to talk about how I purchased a product and realised 2 weeks before I needed it for a flight that it did not work as intended. Head office were very helpful with organising a return outside of the returns window after explanation that it was a faulty item. Very happy with my experience

Worst retail customer service at chady! 0/10 service. 11th Jan 11am nobody in the store.No greeting, no hello can I help you. In-store for 10 mins. She was on the ipad the whole time. Didn't even lift her head!Young girl with red/ ginger hair couldn't be bothered at all to help!
