Strive Active Newport
Strive classes have been perfect for me and my shift work roster. I find the classes are run perfectly with exercises clearly explained and form always corrected. Thanks to Dan , Dyl and Jayd, I have regained strength in an injured shoulder which I thought I would never get back prior to starting at strive. I now look forward to getting up and working out in the morning thanks to strive classes :)

I’ve been a member since it opened. They have the right equipment for my needs. They recently started classes which are great. The instructors are friendly and encouraging. They are always trying to improve the experience for the member. I personally love it here and would recommend it.

I’ve been attending group classes for around 2 years now. Sometimes not as often as I should, but no judgement! The gym is always neat and clean and the trainers are awesome without being too over the top.Since starting, my blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugars have all reduced to very healthy levels.And not to forget the other gym goers who are super friendly and inclusive.All of the above make it easier to get out of bed on Melbournes cold and frosty mornings.

Over from NZ for the week and used this gym for workouts. Equipment was well maintained and the gym was very tidy. Music type and volume were spot on. Highly recommend if you are travelling and need somewhere to train

Finally found a nice small gym that ticks all the boxes!! Recently started taking the classes after just being a member of the gym. Something I love and sets Strive apart from other gym classes is the inclusion of machines and the professional small group coaching. Unlike F45 style they are constantly correcting form and their programs are tailored for any level of fitness. They push the limits each class for all individuals to achieve their best. Love everything about the place and the easy going trainers, couldn't recommend a gym/group classes more!

After never ever being a member of a gym or having done personal training this gym changed both mine and hubbys bodies! We went in with expectations of being fitter and healthy for our children and ourselves and now have changed our bodies and fitness levels to a whole new level! The gym itself is a lovely place to come to and the other members are always so polite and welcoming. Dan you run a fantastic team - cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks for all your kindness and pushing as to do our best. The classes are set are perfect convenient times and target all areas of the body - Strive is the place to be!

I have been training with Strive for roughly 2 years now. The level of expertise that is spread across the trainers is unparalleled. They are professionals in all areas of training from bodybuilding to boxercise as well as over all strength and conditioning and fitness training. Strive also go above and beyond to provide their clients with personalised training programs as well as nutrition and dieting regiments. I couldn’t recommend their gyms any higher and I strongly encourage anybody to begin training with them.

Jayd has been my PT for a number of years.she’s the one that keeps me going with my fitness. Jayd is always encouraging and positive. She sets me up with routines that push me but are achievable. She is a delight to have as a trainer. Dylan and co have created good workout spaces that are clean and accessible and the equipment is update. The team is committed and professional and I would definitely recommend Strive Fitness.Lee
