Purchased fuel this morning, it seems that general politeness is not something that staff member Chantel is familiar with. Not a please or thank you or even a friendly tone could slip out of her mouth!!! I will spend my money elsewhere!

Water in fuel, poor service. Ridicules staff in front of customers. Black hairs in bugers. Absolutely gross, you walk in and are treated like a crim. Should not be affiliated with BP or Wessles. If I could give a zero or less rating I would.

Convenient, we stopped in for food, which was up to good service station level.Didn't buy fuel, so didn't really notice the price, but assume non discounted.

Often the first petrol station to lower prices during the falling cycle period so worth keeping eye out ,the staff are friendly, efficient and at the top of there game .

A few weeks ago I visited the station and I was incorrectly advised by the manager that BP gift cards were accepted and I genuinely thought I had returned to pay for the fuel. I was wrong and returned today to pay and apologise. The service I received was incredibly unprofessional and rude. The manager even proceeded to lecture me and strongly implied I had done it on purpose. I paid her for the fuel and thanked her for my change; i was ignored so I left the store. This is not the service I would've expected from a manager or BP.
