Michael fitted a replacement continuous flow gas hot water unit - following my online form submission on Wednesday evening, an email was received first thing Thursday morning with follow up calls to discuss my lack of hot water issue. Agreed on a new unit which was installed on Friday.From start to finish, I knew exactly where I stood regarding timing and cost. Michael completed the job with a minimum of fuss and was very personable. The installation of the toilet suite was done professionally and the work site was left clean of debris, packaging etc. When Michael inspected the replacement cistern he was not happy with the quality of product and arranged for a replacement to be delivered - some would have just shrugged their shoulders and pressed on. We will be calling upon his services again.
