I had the most amazing customer service experience recently when I went in to purchase a hair straightener for a gift. I was frazzled and having a bad day and all I wanted to do was get in and out as fast as possible. I was served by the store manager Julie, she was genuinely the most warm and thoughtful person I have encountered in a retail situation ever, she completely changed my whole day and I left with not only the hair straightener I needed but also my faith in human kindness restored.

Came to this salon twice last year getting my hair done by Mal (who was great, did it amazing both times) who has now left the salon so I made an appointment with one of the other girls.The first time I went was $170, second time $173 and then today I was told $216. I've always gotten the same thing done, half a head of foils and a dry off. I asked the girl why it's so much and she told me it was 43 for the treatment. Obviously I said no thanks because I have my own products at home so it's not needed, she told me NO and when bleaching hair they won't do it unless they put a treatment in it.This didn't make sense because the last two times I didn't receive a treatment and never in my life has someone said that they won't do it without paying for a treatment. It's an absolute joke and clearly just trying to get more money from me.

I love this hair stylists. The place is very comfortable, all the ladies very polite and kind. They cut very good.

Such a wonderful team, my daughter had an idea of what she wanted but no picture for reference, the Hairhouse team all took the time to listen, ask questions and then delivered such a beautiful colour and cut. Such a warm, friendly, professional and relaxing experience for us all, my son was also spoilt by the girls with lollies and a turn in the massage chair while we waited for my daughter.Thank you so much, Freya loves her hair x

Hairhouse Williamstown is the best. All the girls are lovely professional and knowledgeable. I especially love my hairdresser Henna. It’s my 7 visit to her. She’s always the same, bright bubbly and knows what’s up. My hair has never been happier. Or me for that matterThanx Tina

Liana and her manager have been sooo friendly, knowledgeable and a miracle worker. Had my hair done overseas which turned green toned and had contrasting warm roots and mixed tones all around. I am so glad i did not try fix it myself with a DIY at home. Such a great service. From the root color, toner, blow wave and cut. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you Liana.
