Dr Tack-Tsiew Lee

Zero patient care and number 1 priority is money - Dr and receptionist are rude. Don't waste your time unless you are loaded because you will be their 1st priority.

I have see the doctor a few times, the service is really really bad. If you don’t want to waste time and money don’t see him. The receptionists were very rude too.

Dr Tack Lee assisted in saving my life. He went over and above to support me and guide me through my medical situation. Im my eyes he is an absolute superstar and a lifesaver. Thankyou Dr Lee, I will be forever indebted!

A great surgeon who goes the extra mile in terms of patient care. Knowledgeable, empathetic and highly professional. He performed my daughters surgery perfectly and genuinely cared about her recovery. Highly reccommend.

Recently I went to Dr Lee for surgery to remove a lump from my face. Was scared that I would suffer serious nerve damage or complications. I was told the surgery took 6 hours to complete. I am very happy that it all went well. Dr Lee was kind to explain everything clearly.

Dr Lee is very professional. He has a gentle nature and gives detailed explanations of procedures, albeit at a fast pace. Unfortunately the reception staff do not display the same level of professionalism and come across as rude.

Bad experience - make sure you get him to slow down when he tells you critical information, like about a surgery and how long it takes to recover (and if you need to be near a major hospital). Couldn't understand him talk as he talks too quick. Did not understand his handwriting (expected me to understand how to read it, and I am a Primary Teacher so I know how to decipher handwriting; but his, no chance). A near-surgery experience gone wrong that is too long to write a review about. If you do see him, get him to type out critical info on the computer so you can understand it. Tell him to slow down when he speaks. I had the worst experience with this Dr. Never again.

Dr Lee was great and had a short wait time (one month as at mid-2019). He was very accommodating, made me feel comfortable and welcome in his clinic, and was very thorough. I would highly recommend him!

Charged me $255 on top of consultation fee (which as expected from a specialist is already expensive) to take a piece of wax from my ear. Looked astounded when i said it was too expensive and asked me if i had money problems. He obviously doesn't. He slightly reduced the fee which was still outrageously expensive! It should have been included on consultation fee or taken out for free. What sort of sterilization does he use after utilising one piece of equipment, such as a long tweezer, to justify $255 and for a less then a minute intervention. I will have to pay another consultation fee for him to let me kow that my test results were fine. Sure a specialist practice is also a business but i think this one is mostly a business.
