They are too slow and they keep changing people. Four different people did my nail polish for my hands and legs. Such rush on their job. I don’t recommend for anyone.

I’ve been a regular at the Riverton branch for the last 3 years. The store has recently changed ownership which is probably why I won’t return.They always had a rewards program, stamping a card after each visit, after the 5th you get $5 off your next visit.The new owner told me yesterday she will only stamp my card if I pay cash. Why? I don’t know! I paid by card and she said there will be a surcharge? I can understand if the payable amount is less than $10. But this was not the case.Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

Had a pedicure done here, very bad service as my experience was very rushed and my pedi was done in 30mins. I Was not happy, The lady was very ruff also. Do not recommend this salon at all!

My nails hurt after visiting this place. As someone who has studied nails and manicuring, they have barely passed or maybe even failed at their craft. From the way they have drilled down my natural nail to the point where im faced with aching nails to the way they held the files wrongly is astoundingly disappointing. This has caused my cuticles to still be slightly irritated and in pain from the contact of the rubbing file. They have also failed to create a nail apex for my acrylics, which is the curve above the nail bed - this apex prevents breakage by strengthening the weak points of the nail. Don't think this manicure will last. Lovely colours and shape. Little to no cleanup nor trimming of the cuticles were done, much to my disappointment. The extensions seem to be unnatural because my natural nails are obviously showing, which means the nail tips that were glued do not fit. The customer service was great, but this does not make up for the fact that my nails are in pain. The glue applied onto the nail tips seeped onto the bottom of my nails, which meant that the nail stuck to my cuticles and even the flesh at the bottom of my nail. Nothing was done to detach the skin, was so uncomfortable for a long time! The skin was just stuck together.

I always try to understand and give ppl a chance..well, todays visit will be my last..Went in to take off my gel ( hands) and normal polish on my toes…A young newbie was asked to attend to me and he practically didn’t know what he was doing and kept waiting for ‘instructions’ from the other staff..Then another lady came to take off toes nail polish and I specifically told her ‘it’s not gel it’s normal colour ! And what did she do? She used the nail drill to take them off! She started on my little toe then only to realised that it’s not gel! What did I tell you ?Then she started to take off the gel from my nails…she was in such a hurry that she went over my cuticle with the device ! Ouch tht hurts..I told her I don’t want any colours just want the gel to be off !And she kept asking me if I want colour ????She took this small plastics container that had pieces of cottons and plastic nail soak off cap clips…less than a few minutes took them off and start to use the drill to get the gel off . Only then I noticed that the cottons and clips are recycled ones!!!!Once she finished getting them off, she did a quick file ( tht included filing my skin much to my dismay )Didn’t even use a towel to wipe the dust around my nails and hands…oh she asked again, you don’t want colour?I was waiting for her to at least get a towel to wipe my hands but by that time she already lifted the armrest suggesting to get off the chair and she’s finished with me …It was the worst $60 I spent at a nail shop for sure…They need to improve their services and not take their customers for granted like that..I love children , but there was a maybe 3 year old that was in the shop( owner’s daughter?) , and left her little three wheel scooter on the floor in the between the sink and the nail tables ( possible hazard and safety concern )Things may improve in future, I don’t know. However, I will not use this shop anymore. Period.

Price list stated $60 for a mani and spa pedi but was told it would be extra $5 per nail colour. Obvious way to gouge customers of cash and my fault for not leaving at this point. Pedicure was only a quick soak and file and trim. No exfoliation or massage which is standard at other places. Nail polish was applied uneven. Owner demanded I pay half way through. Gotta get the cash before the customer sees the hack job I guess. Bought nail polish from Priceline as the polish started coming off as soon as I walked out the door. Plenty of other great salons, avoid this one.

Went to for refill shellac and spa pedicure. The worst I’ve ever had. The dry skin on my feet is still the same - no removal of dry skin at allAs for my nails, she did them while I was having my pedicure and the acrylic refill is a mess. Lumps of acrylic left stuck to the side of my fingers, when filing she cut into my cuticles and paint job well I’m not even going to comment.$115 waste of money - don’t recommend this place at all

It cost me $50 for my pedicure when it said $40 on their price list. I got no extras and there was no being aware of the price before the payment. Overpriced has happened before here to me and a few other friends.

It’s a hit or miss. Depends on who you get.I always get acrylics but sometimes they are too thick, uneven length, or it doesn’t start at the cuticle so the growth is faster and more noticeable. But other times it’s great. Wish it was more consistent.

Very bad. Asked for a pedicure and had my nails painted in two different shades. they barely cut the nail properly and did not even buff it. Very rushed and would not recommend going there unless you want your nails to look like a child did it. This was Mother’s Day at 4.15
