From start to finish Motor One gave first class service. Good communication throughout the whole process of the repair to our vehicle. The vehicle came back fully detailed and looking great. Very happy with the finished job and appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff.

These guys are so great. They really look after you and treat you really well. Very kind and efficient. Staff here are well mannered, presented well and really lovely. Their priority is customer service, this is obvious to me and because of that we will definitely be using them again. Such a great experience with them.

Sadly I've been here twice. But on a good note, good check-in and admin, really top notch for ongoing updates on the progress of your vehicle. The hire car pick up and return onsite is super convenient and no complaints with workmanship whatsoever.

The painful eyesore of a scratched up front passenger side panel and some deep stone chips on the bonnet can finally fade away into distant memory thanks to MotorOne Autobody. It’s like nothing ever happened to my car and their bill was significantly less than my comprehensive insurance excess.They gave my car a much needed bath and arranged transport for me to get back to my office after I dropped my car off to them to get repaired. The manager was very empathic and helped to priortise fixing our car when I explained that we only had one car and it was a nightmare without it having to get around with kids et al. The team not only turned it around quickly but did an amazing job. Hard to find a workshop that is trustworthy, does a great job and has superb customer service from the receptionist to the manager. Highly recommended!

Was tasked with spraying my car for insurance company.Little to no communication whatsoever on when it would be ready.Sprayed the door the wrong colour.When they finally sprayed the whole car they put over spray on all the newly painted bar work.They had to buff the bar work so hard to try get it out I now have high gloss spots where they have buffed the matt paint.Gave up on trying to have all the issues fixed in the paint as they where hopeless.If you get the choice choose when doing your car take it somewhere else

Simon was very helpful not only with quote but other ideas pertaining to car information with the insurance company,and the young lady inside at reception made a 11 out of 10 coffee,just forgot her name...
