I just wanted to thank Brad and the team at Complete Mobility and Rehab Cairns! My beautiful mother had a fall recently and it was a very stressful time for us both! Brads amazing staff helped me to ensure that my mum was comfortable and provided professional, compassionate service which I could not find at other stores in the local area. I had done the rounds of all stores in Cairns and found that their products, prices and services were cheap and nasty and I was treated like my situation was something they see day in day out and no longer care about but upon arriving at Complete Mobility and Rehab I felt like they genuinely cared which was very refreshing! They provide quality products at very affordable prices but most importantly they provided a service that will never be forgotten in such a stressful time in life. Thank you!

What an amazing local business. I was looking to hire a wheelchair for my elderly mother and called these guys and they were friendly and gave me all the info I needed without being confusing, and I arrived that afternoon to collect. Minimal time in store wasted with red tape and lovely customer service at front of house. A few days later I realised my mum would need a chair long term so I enquired via email, about whether or not I could buy the rental or do I need to buy a new one etc. I noted I had a missed call from the business but then got an email soon after with a list of options laid out with explanations. I ended up buying the ex-rental. This whole process was so easy and stress free and I just wanted to have a shout out to Doret and Shannon for your professionalism and amazing customer service. All too often we call out the bad behaviour but at times forget to highlight these really great experiences.I cannot recommend enough that locals come to this business for all of your mobility needs.ILS Cairns Team, thank you.

A big thank you to complete mobility!!! They were great help while my mum and i were recently on holidays in Cairns. We popped in to have a look at some different styles of walkers and was very impressed with the range, price and knowledge the staff had of the products. While in there we also picked up a few different kitchen aids to help mum for when we returned home. Overall we were extremely happy with our purchases and the friendly staff.

Great range of products .. for sale or for hire.My son, ( who's 13 and has a complete tear of his ACL) has hired (at monthly rate) a wheelchair and bought new crutches here.Staff are knowledgeable and friendly

We got the lift chair and sheepskin we wanted for my husband from Complete Mobility & rehab. The staff were just fantastic and knowledgeable. They asked questions about what he wanted and listened to what he had to say. There were a lot of options to choose from! They were conscious that my husband had limited movement at the moment and treated him thoughtfully and with care.The chair we chose was a good price and we were able to book delivery for the following day for only $55. I would certainly recommend Complete Mobility to anyone needing a lift chair or any mobility devices. Thanks so much Wendy, Ricky, Una, Raven and Sarena. I can't tell you what a distressing time this has been for us. You all made it a bit easier. ❤️

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Complete Mobility and rehab.After calling around cairns for a quote on a wheelchair to hire for my wife i soon discovered the other company's i called offered not much service.Then i hit the jackpot, i call complete mobility the customer service i received was top class from the time they answered my phone call to the delivery of the chair to my hotel room, good to see old fashion service is still alive today, keep up the great service guys i will be using you again on my next holiday

I was on holidays just before the Christmas break and sadly had an accident which meant I needed to find somewhere to hire a wheel chair for my recover. I have family and friends that live in Cairns and they highly recommended the store as they had also heard amazing feedback from their friends about the store. Brad and the team were absolutely amazing! The team was so friendly, compassionate and very helpful. I would highly recommend complete rehab and mobility for all your needs!

I just went in there to find out about the different possible solutions with finding a chair that is suitable for someone with lower back pain. After explaining I can't afford a OT she said well if you don't know what you want how am I supposed to know" and was very short and rude in general. I thought my disability was bad but I'm glad I'm not going through whatever she is to make her that horrible with zero customer service skills. There is a much nicer place around the corner from there."
