We recently used Capital Removal for our 2 bedroom townhouse move from Casey to Bonython. They came first thing in the morning and packed up our entire house in boxes, labelled everything, and did the move all in the same day. Highly impressed and will spread the word about your services.

Really impressed with the services of Capital Removal for our move this week. I sent a good 6-7 email enquiries out and you guys got back to me the quickest and you were also the company who made your emails the clearest some of the other quotes others sent were really quite confusing. So thanks you guys for making the process easy. My feedback of the guys doing my move (I am so sorry I forget their name) was that they did a great job. It would be a tough gig being a furniture removalist so I take my hat off to them. They sweated it out and did a top job. Overall, your company is customer orientated and highly skilled and professional.

Had a mixed experience with Capital Removal. I recently used their services after having a positive experience in 2018. I booked well in advance and advised from the start that I needed to move a piano to an upstairs apartment. I was happy to pay the surcharge and no issues were raised at the time of booking or in subsequent emails. After 5pm on the day before the move a Capital Removal staff member informed me that they would not be moving the piano and was quite rude and unapologetic. I proceeded with the move for my remaining furniture and had good service on the day from the moving team.I’ve been put to considerable inconvenience and expense as I scramble to move my piano before the end of my lease. I would have appreciated being informed earlier that this would be an issue.

Really super happy with how our move from O’Connor to Turner went. The boys worked well in the conditions which weren’t ideal for moving (couldn’t park the truck close to the apartment entrance as the visitor parking was full. Plus tight corridors and up 2 flights on stairs). But despite the condition the guys preserved with a good attitude and I am a happy customer.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We booked with this removal company and it was an absolute nightmare. I had to make several interstate trips to retrieve items they did not pack. Calling the company was futile. They were abusive and dismissive. They also demanded payment of 7k at 11:30pm, and said they would not leave until payment was made. Do yourself and find another removal company.

Thanks to Capital Removal for my 1 bedroom move on the weekened the movers were very good… and the move went quick… only 2 hours move everything.. good!

Capital Removal moved our office last Thursday and the guys did a great job. We hired their 3 man and large truck service. The guys did a wonderful job. The move was large, done over 2 days. It was a bit complicated as we were leaving a lot of items and bringing other items with us, and we had a heap of office equipment and desks and computers and other items in storage that needed to go between the two officesWe instructed them and did a walk through but there was a lot of information. However, the guys listened well and got straight into the job. They put together over 40 desks. Unbelievable job, truly blown away with the service.

Capital Removal mas out move a very good one. I was impressed with how easy it was to book. You guys provided a much superior service and far more professional and responsive than the other mobs I contacted.

Incredible experience from the initial contact with Ian, who listened to my schedule and worked out a plan that worked for everyone. Ian kept me updated with timings throughout the process. The drivers, Zac and Tim, arrived early and talked me through the entire packing process. A truly professional company.
