Look, the real blame is the suppliers who think that everyone lives in the city and close to delivery points. This freight company is at the last link in the chain and so cop all the abuse. On something totally unrelated I ordered an item with free delivery"on the internet. The supplier refused to deliver to Nanango even if I paid the postage. My attempts to sort this out were ignored totally. I have had no problems with K F E. They have gone out of their way to find items that the supplier(s) have refused to give me dispatch details for. I am glad that they are there else we would be solely reliant on Star Track
