After sending Shugg pictures of my broken window and arranging a time for the repair, John cancelled and then never got back to me with a new time despite multiple emails. Seems I was a bit of far out of his area.

Our beautiful patio doors were useless - we could have them open to get fresh air and fill the house with flies, or closed and live without fresh air.The solution was a Shugg window (with fly screen) to replace a glass panel on the patio doors. The workmanship was excellent, the price was reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. John was a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding. John came out in the space of 24 hours and fixed a double hung window professionally and promptly. I had been quoted 3 times as much by the company that sold us the window. Highly recommended.
