Coles Caulfield Village

Staff had no clue what was going on and clearly don’t have the training to even deal with price inconsistencies. I waited for fifteen minutes while they checked that two items were included in a mix’n save deal, when they found that both items had the same advertised deal then they did not want to honour it. They said they would get a manager to “explain” it to me and then wasted more of my time. The girl at the register was nice enough but the other guy that I spoke to and that actually went and found that all three items were included in the deal was condescending and spoke down to me. This is not something I need when all I am trying to do is buy my groceries. The manager took too long to come so I ended up leaving and will be going somewhere else. Waste of time.

Great little village shopping centre with a great supermarket, wide range of dining and cafe options and ancillary services like a doctors, pharmacy and hair and nail. Some stores opening soon, but looking forward to the completed centre.

You can finally ditch the tired, small, unfriendly and inconvenient Caulfield Plaza store for this huge, gleaming upgrade. Caulfield village has big, fully stocked isles, offering a huge product range. This store has a bakery, in addition huge selection of meats, fresh fruit and veg. Friendly, helpful staff, baskets/trollies a-plenty, and oodles of parking mean a convenient, pleasant shop. I've had to wait no more than a mere moment to be served at the service desk. The store offers more convenient hours, and is open to 11pm (although it would be fantastic if it was 12pm, Coles!) You won't arrive at 8pm to find the roller shutters down, with the miserable, rude staff desperate to leave.The store stocks the coles special buys range, which is constantly changing.It's in a new and thriving precinct, with a chemist, specialty stores and a heap of food retailers, which offers added convenience.Finally - the Coles Caulfield deserves.

Decent coles, not much character, not a great variety compared to coles nearby. It is new, so is fairy clean and organised. Would probably prefer to go to the other Caulfield coles if they were the same distance apart. There is a deli available which is a good thing.

First time at this store. Typical Coles supermarket but much larger than Coles at Caulfield Plaza. Parking is free for 2 hours then a high fee is charged. After 6 PM Its free for 3 hours. Large below ground car park. Tram stop nearby which is handy. Overall a good replacement for the Caulfield East Coles which is likely to be closed in the near future.

Coles is my “usual” shopping outlet for food. This afternoon I bought two pieces of meat to cook for some visitors who came for dinner.The shoulder Lamb and Beef were the worst meat I have had for a cery long time. It was an embarrassment.It was marinated and prepared, ready to roast. Both pieces had tough “sinews “ and was difficult to chew.This will be the last time I ever buy any meat from Coles Meat Department. Especially meat already prepared/marinated-the sauce hides bad quality meat.

Nice new Coles supermarket in the relatively new Caulfield Village block. The supermarket is large, nicely presented and well stocked. Most staff are friendly and helpful, greeting you with a smile at the check outs. Despite having a large bakery area, the items are inconsistent and certain products will go missing for days/weeks

Extremely rude customer service, opening hours said it was open until 11pm.Arrived at 10:54pm for 1 item and the staff James and Tyler refused me and several other customers entry.He used the excuse that his wrist watch was past 11pm, even tho all the customers phones were showing it was well before closing time.He was on a power trip at the expense of the stores customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT EVER COME HERE. Came for the grand opening event, which was lovely. Did some shopping at Coles. Was in the car park for 3 hrs didn’t have my bank card with me (paid for groceries using Flybys). Not a normal circumstance which I explained. The parking boom gate operator was rude, unhelpful, ridiculous and unreasonable to the point she was happy for there to be a five car pileup in the car park rather than be gracious concerning the bank card error I was having. For her petty behavior I will be telling everyone not to shop here at all costs.

I bought chicken wing and it had some feathers (also root of the feather). When I wanted to return (they did refund), they told me that it was because I purchased CHEAP ones (what a kind customer service). She told me that if I had purchased more expensive ones, there wouldn't be any. I said I would love to buy those ones and brought the most expensive one and they still had feathers. I am not buying chicken from Coles again.
