Never send your child here. Few years ago I was assaulted for no reason they didn’t have any cameras at all and blatantly lied about my mental state and even called me “suicidal” and “paranoid” they told me that they hadn’t had any alterations in “years”Edit: I never lied and I am not a parent either, I was assaulted by an individual that didn’t attend that school whilst I was on break and from that day on I was bullied on the daily and your staff did a cover up and said I was mentally unwell from “smoking” which was never the case I never made a review out of fear. Regardless of your “polices”, again never send your child here!

As a student and mum returning to studying it can be daunting to start again.... especially when you’re learning a new qualification; I am currently studying my Certificate IV in Dental assistant .The enrolment process with foundation education was simple... from start to finish ... and the enrolment team that I worked with answered all questions in a very prompt and professional manner.In terms of class hours - Being a mum who’s studying can also be a challenge at times and foundation education continue to be supportive and flexible in their approach to this while I juggle studying and being a mum.it has provided all of the resources needed for a great learning experience - simple to follow student resources, relevant text book etc... all provided in a professional manner.I have been so lucky to join a great collage.

Very supportive team in furthering your studies/education. flexibility & steady paced. Payments plans are an option, they deliver great Friendly & professional communication. Also help to make things as easy as possible for their clients/ students. Such a great team to continue/further your studies I would not look anywhere else!

Foundation education is amazing! Was such a smooth and easy process to enrol and they offer great payment plans if you can’t pay full cost upfront! The courses are easy to navigate and have amazing learning resources. I would recommend this learning institution to everyone looking to further their education!

I chose a career change after 20 years in the one industry. The staff who welcomed me to Foundation Education were so helpful & encouraging in my decision to do something different. I decided to do Dental Assisting and Tracy was incredibly helpful with any queries I had, no matter how big or small. I’d definitely recommend Foundation Education to anyone who wants to further their knowledge or pursue a new career path.

I applied to volunteer at this location through the website and via email. I emailed twice, 1 week apart. Since I had no response, I went to the Narre Warren Centre to ask someone about my application and also to show that I was very interested, but the person there told me that they received my emails but did not even read them. So I explained that I was looking to volunteer but she didn't seem interested in listening to me. Maybe she was just busy, she was working of course, but that was very rude anyway. I was so interested in participating in this organization as a volunteer. It was so disappointing. Maybe they should check if they really need volunteers, because the ad is still open on their website but they don't respond.

Foundation education were good to study with in the first half of the course.. in the last 6 months they have been pathetic at best, takes weeks and multiple complaints for them to resolve their own stuff ups and only after i threatened to make a formal complaint after 3 prior requests to resolve. marks no longer come back 7-10 days later, still waiting for marks from a month ago.. if they were the last training organisation on earth I still wouldn't study with them again

i started my Course with them 4 months ago, i used to struggle as i have not studied online before, but since i have started my course i have been helped by jenelle, she is very talented and calm. she makes sure that all my questions are answered for me to be able to understand to do my assigments on time. VERY thankfull to Jenelle for her help and whenever i call for help i only ask for her, :)

Easy access to the place. Staff are polite and helpful. I think overall it is in a good standard. Don't hesitate to recommend to my friends and family..
