Went in on a Friday after breaking a side window on my ARB canopy, didn't have one on hand but they did everything they could to get one before I left for holidays on Sunday, they had it to me by 2.30 Friday. fantastic customer service guys, great job

My elderly parent's car broke down whilst caravanning and were towed by RACV here.Problem was simply two heater hoses listed on the invoice as costing $30 however the total bill was over $500+When I rang the owner, Paul, to clarify the bill on behalf of my parents he hung up on me.Go elsewhere.

Be careful if you can't find anyone else and have to use Tony Yates Auto.Get all details in writing before you leave any work with Tony Yates Auto if you don't you will be sorry.He's moved into a small work shop for a good reason people don't go back.
