Great prices, friendly staff and and good quality products

Got a bit of an interesting/unprofessional response from the person serving me today when I asked if they had any reusable masks in. Considering restrictions came in place only recently I wasn’t expecting them to but thought I’d ask anyway. I was then told it was really annoying that people kept on asking because covid has been around for ages and everyone should just buy them and have their own by now. I mean that’s all I was trying to do but I was made to feel bad for even asking if they had a certain item in stock. Don’t shame a covid safe queen who’s just trying to help save the planet and also look after the health of everyone around her :(

I was having trouble placing an online order for over a week & when I had called the store a worker by the name of Olivia had finally helped me ,she was a great help great customer service Thanks Olivia

Lovely store, great selection even for men. Staff at tills are chatty (to each other)which makes them a little slow when you're queuing. But otherwise very friendly.

Hanz has fantastic customer service and his bubbly personality made the shopping experience amazing

1 very rude shop assistant (young female). Always have to run around the shop trying to get assistance to open change rooms which is super annoying. Always have items on sales racks that when you get to counter 'are not on sale' gets super annoying.
