Ryan worked with us to select an Ethanol Fire Pit, this has proved to be a fantastic idea with no smoke, no odour and a controlled flame. The fire pit adds so much to an evening with friends and family and really adds a feeling of warmth. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan kept us informed and everything arrived on time, was installed as quoted and the place left as good as new.We are very happy with Joe's installation, he let us know exactly what he was doing etc, and Ryan's follow up call about instructions on how to set up the fireplace for future use was invaluable.More than happy to recommend Brisbane Fireplaces to anyone thinking or installing or replacing a fireplace. We recently bought a fireplace from Brisbane Fireplaces and are extremely happy with Ryan's service. Me being a fireplace novice, he was able to answer all my questions and supplied information I wasn't aware of. We are some distance away in CQand had to install it ourselves so Ryan was on hand to give any advice needed. One item was damaged in transit and we received the replacement within days. Very happy with the service and love the fireplace.
