Pretty average experience. Staff approach you easily but uninterested in providing too much help if it is not a quick sale. Asked about a hair dryer and was told the only one left was display. They did offer to reduce it but not by enough given it is display stock. Consequently purchased it from Myers $30 cheaper than their reduced price for floor stock. Probably won't return and just go elsewhere in future.

Ben, working in the phone section. Was a fantastic help, very professional at his job in sales, providing a wealth of information and alternatives to sale options. He wasn't pushy with selling a sale, which made us feel comfortable and enjoying our experience.

I placed a large order online. Only to then be told via text the next day that my items are on back order and I will get it within 2 months.Customer service offered me a refund that I also wouldn't get back for over a week anyway.They are so quick to take the money but don't like giving it back as quick.

Terrible service. Asked 2 different to buy a camera and both palmed me off and no one wanted to deal with me. All I wanted was to buy a camera. I didn’t need any help just want to buy a camera. How hard is it to spend money in this store. Won’t be back again decided to buy camera online for a better price anyway.

Can't speak highly enough of the service I have received. Staff went out of their way to get a fridge delivered on the same day, and when I purchased a new washing machine Matt and his offsider sorted my old one out with a smile and not making me feel like an idiot, saving me lots of money. Will be back to purchase more from this store! Thanks guys, and well done.

Very good service from the salesman. We wanted to buy a fridge for our investment property in the Isa. So we thought we could pick a fridge here in Gympie, pay for it. Then, have the fridge collected from the Mt Isa store.But the salesman said we couldn't do this, as the sale has to go through the Isa store. He was very good helping us. He looked up on his computer to find out if Harvey Norman had one available in Mt Isa. He also gave us a phone number to call and all the details of the fridge.Thanks, Harvey Norman, GYMPIE.
