Horrible service. -5 Didn't want to help. Blunt answers. Definitely would not recommend going there. Went to another store. Heaps better. I could give her name. But won't. Seriously she should not be in customer service.And I was nice. We all have bad days. But this was unacceptable service.

Just purchased a pair if shoes today 25th Sept from sketchers baldivis the young man who served me was extremely helpful and nice this standard of service was very refreshing

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was the only customer in the store with my child and wasn't even greeted. Staff member was so rude and acted inconvenienced when I asked to confirm my sons size and to try on a shoe that I left. Glad I didn't spend any money here. I am happy to provide more details regarding my horrible experience but I definitely not be returning.Edit*** have forwarded full details to the Sketchers customer service email provided.
