The process was so much easier than I thought. I was trading in two cars. Both were better valued than the dealership. Money was deposited over night (separately for both cars) and then collected. I would easily recommend.

Very disappointed in my experience with this company. The salesman was very pushy and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Not customer focused at all, only focused on the sale. Then when the timing of the quote came around he again was very rude, he greatly exaggerated the cars fault and used this to reduce the price. When I initially said no to the first quote he tried to make me feel guilty and greedy for asking for what the initial agreed upon value was. After much persistence he agreed to sell the car for the initially agreed upon value. Him doing this simply shows the car IS worth that much at least and just wanted to undercut the customer. I understand sales is about making a profit but there are better ways of going about this and this experience I was simply disgusted. Will definitely not be using this company again. I only sold my car to this company because I needed it gone STAT.Just to add, everyone else I spoke with was quite lovely and polite. It was only the salesman who was plainly rude and greedy.
