Just recently took my car for service, they did not service properly. The car got more issues and broke the cooler container. Now my air condition is not working and my car is leaking. I don't recommend anyone to service the car there.

Very happy with the service and honest advice given to me by Mohammad today. He spent 1/2 on a Saturday trying to fix my headlights. Replaced globes and fuses free of charge, but unfortunately my headlights need an auto electrician.Thanks for your time Mohammad, I’ll definitely be back when needed.

Fantastic service! I called into Mycar Tyre and Auto at Westlakes when my tyre pressure light came on and my car was shuddering. A lovely guy checked my tyre pressure and fixed the problem on the spot...no charge. Will definitely be back.

Nothing was too much trouble and they found the issue right then and there on the spot! Customer service of this kind is rare these days and I can honestly say I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else due to the above and beyond reproach the team here take! Thanks so much! This mechanic helped us a lot after the engine went on fire because I forgot to put back the oil lead back when i filled it up. He cleaned the engine to get rid of the smoke and he didn't charge me for that! Kindest mechanic I've ever found!

I brought my Ford focus in for a service, brakes and tyres and let me tell you the service was impeccable. The individual that assisted me, Mohammed, was very knowledgeable and very quick. 2 hours was all it took for him to change my brakes tyres and service my car. Overall, extremely pleased with the service and I’ll definitely be coming back
