Service attitude not very good but no problem other than that

Has an Armaguard ATM machine that steals guards and refuses to give them back. Obviously happened a few times as worker immediately told us that we can't get the card back and would have to cancel it with bank. Business shouldn't have such rubbish products in their store.

Flip a coin whether you are charged the correct price! I urge ANY manager of this joint to check their CCTV for Saturday August 28, 2021 from 20:20, and SEEthe console operator REMOVE THE PRICE STICKER of a discounted product, for then to charge an additional $3.This is our local service station, and we ain't NEVER coming here again.

Service station thats also a deli.. Very handy.. Also a great place to drop in for some small grocery items or just a coffee, even in the middle of the night, especially if you're a Uni student.. Its walking distance from a couple of campuses..

Went on a Tuesday 7:30pm (27/7/21), the asian in me was so excited to use my Woolworths discount docket on the cheap day, but the shop was closed, lights turned off with cones blocking entrances even though it is supposed to be opened 24hrs. Disappointed is an understatement :< Had to drive further to the reliable BP and pay 2¢/L more. In the past, there were times where the unleaded 91 was also not available on my favourite Tuesday. Sigh, sigh, sigh.

Being in Nedlands you would expect a lot more class, however what you actually experience is a very lacklustre petrol station that looks as though the franchisee has passed on the offer to revamp the store 5 years ago when every other service station did. Although home to a large range of products, none of them are anything special, and you won't leave feeling better than you did from any other petrol station.

Very friendly staff in a great location. It gets very busy but the staff are always nice and the service is good.

Pathetic, discriminatory (for lack of a stronger word) and insulting staff behaviour. I would never go to this store, but for the convenience of this being the nearest petrol station to my house. And unfortunately, all this done by the Assistant Manager at the store (I am not naming him intentionally). But I hope that the Caltex Management takes notice of this review and take action. I have already emailed them. That's all I have to say here.

Staff are rude and don’t have basic training and also lie.

This store is always busy. I went to fill the fuel on Tuesday night after work. Long line to fill the fuel and long line to pay inside the store. The Ampol app was not working for me for that night. The staff on duty was Eve. She patiently served the customers with smiles and very helpful. She looked very tired but still doing her job perfectly. Management should looks after the Ampol app issue and putting 1 staff working on busy night.Tips for the other customers...please if you already know that you're going to fill the fuel on busiest night please make sure you do your money transfer beforehand or before you squeezed yourself in line and not doing the transferred in front of the cashier while the other customers waiting for you to finish your transaction. Nobody will rob you for few dollars. It will make other customers waiting time is more sufficient because Ampol doesn't allocate 2 staffs for the special shift. Please be considerate to the staff on duty and also to the other customers.
