Very disappointed!Had a half head of blonde foils and regrowth, it was the worst colour service I’ve ever received. They didn’t wash out the regrowth before removing the foils and over toned the foils leaving them Orange. She failed to remove the colour properly leaving me with a stain all around my hairline and on my ears, somehow even dripped the colour onto my face. There is the biggest gap of colour missing from the back of my head where she failed to add colour when she was doing the regrowth.I was quoted one price then she went back to her computer to process the payment with after pay, massively overcharging me. Telling me no that’s what she quoted me out right lie. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I now have to go to a different hairdresser to try to fix the colour I’ve paid a fortune for.I don’t take it lightly leaving a bad review about a local small Business but the quality of hairdressing is disgraceful. I’m so embarrassed of the state of my hair at the moment I don’t want anyone to see it.

Great services and affordable prices. My hair turned out amazing. The staff were friendly and they were very good at multitasking between me and other patients. Wasn't long either, it only took around 1 hour to make my hair go from black to a lighter brown with a half head of foils. 100% would recommend and I will be returning!

Incredibly lovely and caring staff! They knew exactly what to do to fix my damaged hair! I'm very lucky I found this salon when I did! My hair had never looked better. I've recommended them to all of my friends and family

The staff were friendly enough but I left with purple splotchy hair. I had foils done and I think the toner used was left in too long.. I was told to go home and wash it a few times and it would settle down. I've never been to a hairdresser where I had to wash my hair afterward to get the effect, it should have been perfect upon leaving, especially as I had an event to go to.. I told them I wasn't too impressed but they just said that it didn't look that bad and it must have been the light.. I was meant to get a cut but was too nervous after I saw the colour.. Now I've washed it a few times and it is patchy. .. I was charged a lot of money for the worst experience at a salon.. I think the hairdresser may have been new and could yell she was nervous when she had finished. . I would have been okay if I knew my hair would be done by a new hairdresser but would have expected to pay less for someone in training... Like most other salons... I came home upset and told my partner who then disclosed that he has also been thereand was asked to hold his own ear while the hairdresser finished his cut... I've never heard of this at any other salon.. All in all a pretty disappointing experience.

Older lady was short and sharp over the phone, not really friendly. Young hairdresser hardly spoke to me. No hair wash before my cut. Did not get offered a drink (even water). Really did not enjoy the experience that’s supposed to be a pampering outing.

Please note that reviews written here about getting RIPPED-OFF from this place is very 100% right. I should have read reviews before visiting here because EXACTLY the same thing happened to me too like the other men and women who got previously over-charged.To begin with, my money was super tight; and I had only a set amount of cash on my bank account, that was why I CAREFULLY and CLEARLY questioned about how much the total costs would be CLEARLY and I agreed upon the final price the lady has given to me so that I could make sure that I had enough money to cover for the expenses. (The lady is the owner of this shop, other staffs were very nice though!)If only she was being honest about the final price in the first place, I probably would have agreed on it anyway... it is just the fact that I got tricked makes me feel sick. I feel very sick about it as I have never been advised about the extra 'surprise' price, which is unfair. So, I had to end up using my credit card.I wish it never happened.. because she could have made more money from me being local and for those friends and family members I could have brought to her hair salon to give her a chance to make more money. Shameful.

The owner is just beautiful. My hair feels amazing after doing the special $59 wash, cut, blow dry and hair mask. Will be going back in a few weeks to get my hair permanently straightened. Definitely recommend this beautiful salon.

If you want professional hair care or an honest opinion this is the place to go...You get what you pay for maybe not the cheapest but the products and years of knowledge is worth every penny....Will definitely be leaving my daughter's hair in their hands from now on..
