Thieves. Sent these guys drive belts for their machines - in good faith. They have ignored me and refused to pay for them. Do not do business with them - they are thieves. l had to give one star rating otherwise it wont post but they are zero star rating - beware

Brought in my white top that was stained with lots of red colouring. It was an expensive top with nice material and all the red is gone - such a good result!!

Friendly staff and convenient location. I left two pair of pants here to get hemmed. They were completed in the recommended time frame and the workmanship was very good quality. They even pressed the pants for me.

Ruined buckles on my coat. Very disappointed! And took no accountability for causing the damage - buckles should have been covered during the dry cleaning.

I was moving a soy wax candle and accidentally spilt wax on my brand new very expensive pants. And it was the first time I’d worn them! ☹️ The team at Carson’s were able to remove the wax and there is no trace! Amazing. And she remembered I was returning to Canberra the following day so unbeknown to me put it through as priority. I was so delighted the next day to get a text to say they were ready! Such great and thoughtful service.

What a brilliant job! I had somehow got bright red axle grease all down one sleeve on my CREAME coloured suit jacket. I thought it waqs done for without question. But no! The team at Carsons handed it back to me today looking brand new. Amazeing is an understatement. I use them for all of my dry cleaning and the service is wonderful and with a lovely smile.

I really like these guys with the quality of their cleaning, reasonable prices, and extended trading hours. Definitely my new go to for laundry!Parking is easy, the shop is just outside the St Ives Village parking area - failing that, it's just a short walk from the m Memorial Avenue car park.
