I got my brakes an tyres done. The rear left wheel nearly fell off 2 days later because the nuts were only finger tight. I called them for an explanation and they could barely apologize. Yeah, their customer service is great when you walk in but if you value your life I'd go elsewhere to get anything to do with your tyres/wheels done. If they can't even screw the nuts on your wheels up, what else are they overlooking?

Called them the day before to get my airconditioning done. Asked me to come in the following day. Told them that I need the airconditioning for driving up to Cairns. Got there and got the message that he could look at it and do the job after Christmas total waste of time.

Selling car on consignment.National automotive thought appropriate to use high pressure gernie to wash paintwork. .....now I have car with extensive paint damage and up to large repaint costs. NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE takes no responsibility, and apparently has no insurance to cover my car while my car was sitting in their car sales yard. Items also disappeared from car...again not their fault!!!

I tried to get them to install something on my car for which they are the agents on the Sunshine Coast. They are not interested in helping and are totally unhelpful. I have never had such poor service. Just poor customer service .Unfortunately there’s no minus score. Avoid
