Excellent dealership. Beau and Zane went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with our purchase of a new RAV4. I highly recommend Geraldton Toyota.

On June 17 I called their service department to arrange a 40K service for my 200 series. Got complimented for booking in early and arranged for Friday 15th July along with a loan car. I rang today to see what time I should turn up to be told my booking now no longer existed. Very frustrating after an 800 km drive to get here.Unprofessional!

Stuck in Geraldton for 3 weeks waiting for a 10 minute diagnosis. Was told it would take another 6 weeks to repair. Reluctantly purchased a used landcruiser which soon after had flat batteries & 95% worn front breaks. Told these were not covered under used car warranty.

Went in for some parts and was served with great customer service.

Called in and had a look around at Toyota at Geraldton I had some nice cars four wheel drives it is a tidy and well-presented place from mwh

Just purchased my new car from the dealership, was great friendly service from receptionist to the salesman the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, very informative, great communication and nothing was to hard to do, plus I never felt pressured into making a decision. Had to stop in unannounced on our way home to Perth from Exmouth due to an ongoing issue. We dealt mainly with Sam, and we were so appreciative of all his help and advice. They squeezed us in, even though they were clearly booked out until the following week, and really went above and beyond to help us make it back to Perth. Can't thank them enough!

The staff are extremely friendly and easy to talk to BUT (bet you saw that coming a mile away) as for my personal experience there i was looking into a car to which i had the deposit money for only to be told i couldn't use it because it was from Super (from that period when everyone was able to tap into theirs, It was a gift from my mum and i had a baby on the way with an old small hatchback that played up as my only transport blah blah blah i had my reasons don't judge me please) anywhos i had told them i knew someone who could help me as i was extremely interested in the vehicle, i was like a teenage girl getting a crush on a cute boy and was already planning the rest of my life with them. I talked to my someone" that same day and organized what we were going to do on Monday as it was the weekend and by then Toyota was closed

Dash light came on mid 9 hour journey. Service dept staff were so friendly and accommodating and squeezed my car in so the problem could be fixed and got me on my way within an hour. So grateful. Thank you
