Good value for money.Tempted to give it 4 stars but probably not there.We've been staying here for 3 months now as were in transit between home purchases. Our apartment was perfectly clean when we moved inThe rooms are very dated (90s), but colour Co-ordinated and the art work isn't horrible like some other places.The bathroom is more modern/great.Our apartment / 1 bedroom hotel room is pretty big as well.You need to be prepared that Concierge downstairs is not operating at night time.The staff downstairs are all lovely (one grumpy older lady)Location is great. Almost right in the city but not quite.It's quiet at night but a 15 min walk to queen st plaza.It's on a hill so you get the very important breeze and the vies are great.

Would be a no star if possible. On arrival (no reception so had to wait for someone to attend) noticed that the pool was empty. Nowhere was this mentioned, I had 2 very unhappy kids. The place had a horrible smell to it also. The room was old and outdated. The air con was so noisy you wouldn't have been able to sleep. The beds were covered in urine stains, and one had a large makeup stain on it. There was hair all over the bathroom and a broken power plug in the kids room, if they had of plugged it into the wall it could have been bad. The glasses in the kitchen were disgusting, with a sign saying it was not housekeeping's responsibility to clean the dishes!!!! We did not stay. Worst hotel I have ever come across. Found another that was 10x better, newer and cheaper only a block away. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

Will definetly be staying again!!!The room itself was beautiful, clean and everything I had expected.The hotel manager and staff went above and beyond to problem solve a few issues I was having at check in.They were beautiful souls.They let me check in early as well which was a lifesaver for me!Thanks again ladies for all your help on my stay!!

Very disappointing. Arrived they said our room was ready, walked in to dirty towels ,rubbish at the door.. We were then moved to another room, truly no better. Air con panel hanging out of the wall, disgusting smell in room , every where looked dirty..No water in the pool. Do not normally complain but this was horrid..

My girlfriendHas stayed here the past two nights, I visited the property and the value for money is amazing and the size of the units is exelent. I will definitely stay here in the future. I strongly recommended this place. The manager of this hotel is a absolutely beautiful woman, Hayley, who was so helpful and kind to my partner Chelsea when she stayed. 100%impressive customer service

Price and location good. But air con barely works, lots of other people complaining of this too. Pool and spa empty, Internet has a weak signal.

This place is perfectly situated if you need to use the St Andrews War Memorial Hospital. The staff have been outstanding in being as helpful as possible during a difficult time. Our renovated studio apartment has a Murphy bed (very cool and comfy), lots of room to move and a generous sized balcony with great views of the city. Highly recommend it.

Great location to St Andrews. Bedding comfortable and sheets lovely and clean. Car parking included with easy access in and out. However room 401 smelled awful (combination between musty and greasy food). There was a note saying to clean all dishes upon departure, however no detergent provided. Apartment really need a good refurbishment, fresh paint and new carpet and furnishings.

No reception at 1.30pm on a Saturday, had to call and wait to get in the building. Was notified at check in that the AC wasn't working, on a 35° day.The reviews a month ago said the AC was poor, so obviously haven't bothered to fix it.They said we have fans to combat the heat.There were 3 fans in the room.One was covered in dust and one was broken.Room wasn't clean, surfaces and appliances covered in fingerprints, cutlery was old and rusty.The 1 star was for the comfortable bed.Would not recommend staying here.

My worst stay. I was text Christmas morning telling me that l couldn't have the unit that l viewed and booked and was given another. Between the loud air con with no control the traffic noise and the horrible smell l could not sleep.The most stressful Christmas
