What happened to all the amazing staff that used to work here? Nothing was ever too much trouble but now the staff don’t care about their customers. I’m not even sure who was running the show but if it was the small blonde haired lady she should probably get some training, felt like I was a nuisance not a regular customer. Didn’t leave happy that’s for sure.

i was here couple of days back, they had this clearance going, i grabbed a few spatula/spoon/laddle and was waiting to be served, cashier saw me and ignored me, instead a white lady was served before me. i had to simply wait. i wouldn’t have bought the things and walked away, if i really didn’t need them.Never shopping in any of these stores.

Stay away from the white older blonde (grey) lady!!! We were looking around and also working with display items (that had no batteries in them) when the white lady came up to us and we declined her service, she decided to hang around us and play with stuff that didn’t need touching, and look at us giving bad looks. We approached her on the matter and she defended herself by saying something along the lines “you guys were playing with the item and I hung around you guys to look at you guys play with it” we weren’t ever going to ask you to help us work it, and mate we told you we didn’t need your help so you didn’t need to stick around us. She literally argued back with us, completely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service from what seemed like the manager who was training a new staff member. I asked if they sold a product and she bluntly replied that they didn’t sell it and began doing something else. Was completely brushed off and was very unhelpful.

House has really gone down hill. Used to be a good selection of home products at reasonable prices, but they seem to have switched lots of ranges to their own brand products only now... So lots of baccarat and etc. Bring back the old range!

Not very friendly staff members not very helpful. Usually things advertised online is short in stock in this store.Definitely pick other store if you need buy home accessories or etc.

Went to purchase something from House in Morley only to be informed they don't accept cash. I assume its because of some ridiculous paranoid covid thing. Staff didn't appear to want to be overly helpful either. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to spend my cash and suggest anyone reading this does the same. Any business that doesn't accept legal tender shouldn't be in business. Poor show House.
