I'm disappointed. I was looking at a property up there and I'm in Melbourne. Questions I had went unanswered and we were quite keen. I am just waiting on MY buyer's loan to come through. The realtor for this property was pretty sure he'd sell during his inspections and was a bit rude, You can't do anything until you sell yours anyway". Well

BUYERS - please be careful. Sales agents with no ETHICS !!!They accepted my offer and closed the sale. Next day evening they accepted another offer. No structure in place for them in terms of accepting the offer. They will go any level to get the last penny. Dirty unprofessional attitude
