UPDATE- Book in advance to see Sue as she’s there infrequently now. She is one of the best hairdressers in Melbourne hands down. Been going to her for 15 years, never had a bad cut.

I actually cannot believe that this joke of a 'hair salon' hasn't been closed by the authorities. Constantly on the phone, lazy, rude, do not listen to what they've been told or shown. They coloured it completely wrongly to what they were told. I am wearing a cap since they butchered my hair when they were asked to trim it only. Not that they don't speak English but are very rude and unprofessional. This business would never survive in a civilized country. They hardly have any customers. This should have alerted me. Outrageous beyond words.

I had the rudest customer service and the worst haircut of my life. Didn’t even say hello, just pointed at a chair and basically ignored me when I tried to show him a photo of what I wanted. He hacked away at it and it’s far too short and uneven. I hate this haircut, and despite several previous ok experiences with other stylists, I will never go back to this hairdresser. So rude. So awful. I’m in tears I hate it so much. If I could give zero stars I would.

Don't say you haven't been warned. Asked for a number two around back and sides and the incompetent hairdresser" proceeded to start the shave off the top. After freaking out and telling him to stop

Probably the worst hairdresser I’ve ever been.The male hairdresser sprayed my hair wet during the haircut.After he did the haircut. He just left my hair wet and looked like it’s done. Ready to get me out of the seat.I asked him: so you’re not going to dry my hair?He then like: yeah yeah. And the dryer my hair eventually.However it’s not even fully dried.Worst customer service ever with no basic hairdresser senses.

I thought I had reviewed this place in the past? Maybe not. No hassle and easy going. I go for a quick, cheap and easy cut. Never had any issue. I know people expect staff to bow and curtsy and act like her majesty has just walked in.Ya there for a bloody haircut and not spa treatment.

They have no idea what skin fade means. Definitely not qualified and they don't have good clippers, etc. I asked her to do use a razor to shave my neck but she said they don't use that and I have to go to a barber instead (which might be fair enough). However, I could easily feel the hair on my neck because her clipper was not precise and efficient. I made a mistake by going there...

Absolutely butchered my hair. DO NOT GO HERE.Cut way over an inch shorter than what I asked.I asked for it to be around armpit height and I got a bob.I asked if the hair dresser felt comfortable doing layers. He said yes. Instead i have a thick bob and some straggly long bits. I am devostated about this being my first haircut in months.They did not sweep the hair between appointments.The hairdressers were speaking and not concentrating during the whole thing.I cried when looking at it what they left me with.Overall a terrible experience and one I regret.

This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The male hairdresser was incredibly rude not even saying a word to me except sit and was rough and barley even cut my hair for two minutes and was then charged $35. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Before you go here let your friend cut your hair, blind and with their left hand! Not only was the guy super unfriendly and cut my hair 10 cm instead of 3 cm which I asked for, he also cut one side about 3 cm shorter than the other. Hair completely ruined for months.
