I had an amazing massage with Helena, she knows how to get into muscles I’ve never even had massaged before, and I have had a lot of remedial massages. I feel much lighter, less sore and more relaxed, would highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful massage from Helena, I’m new to being massaged but she made me feel so comfortable and eased me in. Once I was comfortable she showed her strength and did some amazing work on me. I’ve never felt so relaxed at the same time being stretched and moved in ways I didn’t know possible. She talked me through what she was doing and was so informative and educated in her work. I will absolutely be booking in regularly with her and can’t wait to get to know my body and start healing with her

It’s been hours since my massage with Stephen and my body still feels like it’s floating. I have had countless remedial massages in past but this one far surpasses. Stephen is super welcoming and warm, passionate about what he does, and so completely in tuned with the body. A truly wonderful experience!

I have been to Medicinal Massage twice now and I can confirm Stephen is unlike any other massage therapist I have ever visited. He has given me the best massage of my entire life, and dramatically reduced tension in my body (particularly neck, shoulders and jaw) caused by chronic stress and illness. I live interstate but always make sure to see him when I am in Sydney. I could not be more thankful to have found him!

I’ve had 2 pregnancy massages with Helena, and I can’t rave about her enough. Helena is so welcoming and warm. She made me feel comfortable from the minute I got there and wow what amazing work she does! I walk away feeling soo much lighter, helping with all the aches and pains pregnancy brings.
