Sorrento Glass installed glass panels around our upstairs balcony. They offered a very competitive price, we’re easy and friendly to deal with and delivered exactly what we asked for. We were very happy with their price, service and product.

Highly recommend Sorrento Glass. Had a minor hiccup early with unavoidable delays due to custom fabrication but Andrew kept in contact with us constantly and was a pleasure to work with. Special sing out to Paul and Tim who installed the finished product. Great to deal with, courteous and professional, did a great job and left no mess. Would definitely use Sorrento Glass again.

We had numerous glass companies not respond to our request for a quote to replace a smashed glass pool fence panel but Andrew at Sorrento Glass was prompt in replying and installing our panel. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: In response to Chris's reply below - I can confirm the only ferrous material that exists around the pool is the rio in the aggregate that has been core drilled through to install the fence.The company who installed the adjacent aluminium fence have today confirmed the rio in the aggregate is where the rust marks have come from, as has my boiler maker brother AND as per my initial suspicions/suggestion to Sorrento Glass. This company have thankfully cleaned off all rust marks now, including to the area the fence was installed by Sorrento Glass. A simple task and after sales service, Sorrento Glass were not forthcoming with offering.Yes Chris your service was great when wanting to convert my quote and yes we are happy with the fence itself - as previously advised - however the after service has been beyond poor.Anyone would think we were demanding a refund of the fence not just a cleaning request!Following the install of a glass pool fence at our home, we noticed rust marks to our aggregate.Several emails had been been sent to Sorrento Glass which went un responded too. Eventually after some prompting by me, a reply was offered and the offer of a site visit after we had tried to remove the stains with CLR Clear. The CLR Clear did not work and to date Sorrento Glass are refusing to accept any responsibility for the rust and have not responded too my requests for a site inspection or offered any other solutions to remove the rust.Incredibly disappointing.Would not recommend.

The team at Sorrento Gass provided prompt and professional installation and after sales follow up. Quick turnaround from quote to installation. friendly and professional installers and very happy with the finished product and how it has transformed our alfresco/pool area. Help with design ensured that our frameless glass pool fence was also compliant. Follow up after care when I got in touch after install was excellent.

We had frameless pool fencing installed this week and are delighted with the end result.Andrew responded immediately to my initial request for a quote and an onsite estimate was arranged soon after for a mutually convenient time. He was friendly, helpful and professional. The quote provided was very reasonable. We were informed that due to the Christmas break and the high demand for fencing, there would be a wait time before the fence could be installed, which we had expected as this was what other installers who provided us with quotes had also said. We decided to accept the quote from Sorento Glass as it was reasonably priced, and also the company had great reviews and seemed to have that friendly

Thank you everyone at Sorrento Glass for the professional job done supplying and installing our frameless glass pool fence. It was a bit of a tricky job, with a variety of angles and surfaces to work with (brick paving, timber decking and limestone wall). It looks great and we’re so pleased with the outcome.
