Online service was disgusting...drivers andpersonal shopper packerss lack of care when packing & loading I spent over $ 300 at Woolworths this week driver admitted he saw them on his invoice list yet never mentioned it to the personal shopper over $ 115 charged to my visa but not delivered....this isn't 1st time now I have to wait 3-5 working days ....if driver doesn't know what his carrying onboard then they need a new system funny their only just a couple of blocks away ..they couldnt even drive back and pick my missing items up than when I rang to complain rude recording ....lucky there is a Coles next to them because they just lost a customer not that they care

Clean and tidy kept store. Stock a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables along with wide choice of fresh meat as well as prepacked. All products are reasonable to find as each Isle has a notice stating what is stacked on the shelves down each Isle.

I was just in here and i dont go often so dont always remember where certain products are, i asked a young staff member packing the shelves where the 4 bean mix is she had no idea what i was talking about then proceeded to ask if its coffee , please re train your staff

Need to work a little harder on the pricing of goods, we all know the profits announced at the end of each year. So pass a bit more on to the consumer and you will get their loyalty. My preferred shop, I know where everything is. The staff are very nice, especially some of the long term mature ladies, always happy to chat while they work!
