Few days back at 10:20pm i was trying to placed walk-in order and staff said we can't take order for pizza at 10:20pm because we are closing and it's clearly mentioned shop close at 11:pm and 10:20pm they stop taking orders for pizza and said you can order kebabs, fries etc, Ridiculous. In other words they cleaned the pizza oven before time and they don't want to clean it again.

Honestly. Just paid $21 for a large Snack Pack on Uber Eats and literally half of it was there. Loyal customers for 3 years and now I will be going elsewhere for my HSP's. Quality control is king. Customers before profits! :(

Ordered Ubereats. Chips extra salty, can’t eat them. Chicken Pide extra salty. Kebab roll with overcooked pita bread and like someone emptied a sauce bottle so you can’t taste anything else. Previously had a spinach Pide where the spinach wasn’t washed and you could taste things you shouldn’t.The quality is poor, I won’t be ordering here again. If it was slightly substandard, I wouldn’t leave a review. But it’s so bad, I just had to.

First time I ordered I waited patiently for my Turkish kebab which took AGES and had several customers after me get their order. There were no other customer before me so they weren’t busy. I made the dumb mistake of coming back for a second visit this time I expected the wait so I placed the order, went to visit the bubble tea place a few stores down hoping that it would kill time, came back and the bozos running the place were so lost they completely forgot my order and I was forced to wait even longer. I work in the area so wasted my half my break time just waiting! That was my last visit. I’ll pay more for delivery elsewhere!

The beef kebab tasted good here however it was poorly wrapped making it a huge mess to eat (think of it like a kebab taco). The 2 workers there looked like they hated their job and they would just blankly stare at you when you're ordering and giving the food. No customer service what so ever, the process was, take order whilst looking like you're inconveniencing then, make the kebab and then hand the kebab over and get out.

Halal snack pack on point! Honestly one of the best kebab places I’ve been too, the restaurant looks outdated but the food is amazing!If your zooted also makes for the best food with the munchies according to my mates

Waiting 10 minutes to be served while Dirty worker swept floor with the same gloves they serve food and money. Falafel kebab had only 2 small rissoles & no hommus requested do was as dry as.
