Onlinemechanic pre purchase car inspections

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Robin to conduct a pre purchase inspection report on a vehicle I was wanting to purchase from a rural area in NSW.Not only was Robin professional, friendly and super easy to deal with but he was the ONLY person who agreed to travel 3 hours out of his way to do this inspection!I contacted over 10 mechanics/mobile mechanic service providers who all said they don’t service the area or would t go out to the vehicle I wanted to purchase. But Robin came through with flying colours!!!!His report is so thorough, comprehensive and detailed. He kept me up to date the entire way and called me as soon as he had finished inspecting the vehicle.Would absolutely positively recommend Robin and his services. Simple process and well priced. Robin coordinated a time with the seller rather quickly, did a broad range of checks on the car and provided a very detailed description of the things that he found of note, as well as a lot of photos of things that I wouldn't necessarily have thought to look at closely.All in all a good result and put me in a much better position to decide whether or not to but the car.Would definitely recommend for coasties and people in surrounding areas.Cheers Robin.

Robin from Online Mechanic carried out a thorough pre-purchase inspection for me this week on late notice and I am very satisfied with his work. The report he completed was detailed and included many photos to accompany his notes. He then also called me and took the time to explain what he found and what his impression of the vehicle was. This information helped me make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase the car. Overall very happy with the service!

I never do google reviews but Robin was amazing. I needed an pre purchase inspection by the end of today and called him as a last resort as 2 other companies were too busy. He was so helpful! Although he was super busy, he was able to go to the seller last minute and sent me a report within the hour. Called me after the inspection and gave a very detail report with his recommendation. Hi there,I had my pre purchase inspection booked in through red book only to find out from the seller that it was going to take a week for them to inspect the car,Not ideal as nobody will hold a car for that long in this market.I cancelled red book and called onlinemechanic and not only was this man polite, and professional but he thanked me for the business, it was nice! .He got to the car and did the inspection that day and even called me and ran through the whole thing.I highly recommended this business to anybody wanting a good job from a local small business in the Hunter Valley or Newcastle areaThankyou and God bless
