Byron Bay Beachfront Apartments

Nice n quite place , very clean apartment and loved the beach in front . Anni was very friendly and helpful. My 2 year old grandson enjoyed a lot.

I booked this place on the recommendation from my daughter who stayed in January 2021. I booked a 3 bedroom for 5 adults. The room was small, one bathroom and generally old and we were very cramped. Mark the manager at no time thought to discuss this with me. He was happy to take my money $4500 @ $750 per night in full before we were even able to see the room. As soon as we saw the room i asked Mark to see what he could do to adjust things but he was not willing to discuss any alternatives and was very rude and hung up the phone on me and my husband. When we pointed things out like we don't even have a balcony he advised that the stairwell and eves was a balcony". There were 2 seats and a coffee table outside the apartment

I have never been so compelled to write such a negative review about a place. Having never been to Byron, I decided to book a trip for my family and I for the Christmas holidays. After such a long and unpredictable year, we just needed to get away. After extensive research I settled on the Byron Bay Beachfront Apartments as it was close to the beach and local to the town centre. I booked on June 2021 for a Dec 2021 stay. I booked via Booking.com however we I rang to enquire further about the apartment, I spoke with Mark and it was you who offered to cancel my booking with booking.com in order to offer me a better deal" and "save money". Location is everything when staying in the heart of Byron. This spot gives you the peaceful park scenery, a short walk to all the happenings and set far enough away from the road that you stay isn't interrupted with noise. The on-site management maintains a firm handle on the peaceful envirnoment ensuring that late night parties and outside guests are kept out. 10 stars from us as this was used by our team who had just been through the madness of working Splendour in the Mud 2022. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. The apartments are recently renovated to a very high standard and the view is stunning. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of shops and hotels. Management were extremely accomodating and made every effort to make our stay comfortable and I always felt covid safe here. Thanks guys.

Pretty decent apartments for Byron!- Location is great. Literally 1 minute across the park to the beach. The area is not too busy/crowded but still just a few minutes walk from the main shopping drag.- All apartments have been renovated over the last few years. Not exactly high end, but very clean and comfortable. Building itself is a little bit dated, but no real complaints there.- Good size living space in the larger apartments (eg #9). Comfy couches and chairs, generally pretty well decked out for holiday accommodation.- Good pick for families or business.

Staff are friendly and quick to respond to any problems we had. Furnishings were a little old but the apartment was fairly clean. Main issue was that the rooms get a bit too hot even with the ceiling fan. It was bearable when we turned the air conditioning unit in the lounge to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed. Overall, a good place to stay for a few days.

Lovely accommodation and location. Brilliant service from management, we ran out of gas at night on a public holiday and he had sorted out the situation within 10 minutes. Brilliant.

Don't even flatter Mark by referring to him as the owner, he is merely only a manager who gets off on pacing the grounds looking for his next prey to verbally chastise his so called guests. Mark absolutely ruined our family holiday to the point that my kids were horrified with his demeanour and continuous stalking and watching their every move, always ready to pounce on them. Felt like a prison to say the least. Room was cramped, dingy, dark, smelly, noisy, the list goes on. I could write a book on all the negatives. BEWARE: NEVER STAY HERE!!
